connected movement for creation

Using the principles of contact improvisation and connected movement, this class invites participants to explore the beauty of shared motion and creative collaboration. Through guided movement prompts, groups will work together to craft a unique and spontaneous movement art demonstration. This is a space where you can connect with others, express yourself, and engage with your body in new and exciting ways. Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned mover, this class is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all levels.

Expect a playful and supportive environment where creativity flows, and every participant contributes to the collective creation. You’ll learn to trust your instincts, respond to others’ movements, and discover the endless possibilities of group dynamics. Come prepared to move, connect, and let your body tell its story in this social movement experience!
