Kundalini is the primal energy of universal creation that resides in all of us, and when inactive, that energy rests at the base of the spine like a coiled serpent. Kundalini yoga is a beautiful blend of breath, movement, meditation, and chant that strengthens your body, facilitates deep healing, and enhances self-awareness guiding you toward higher levels of consciousness.

Through this practice, we seek to awaken and activate that potential energy and move it up the main channel of the spine, clearing our energy centers and blazing a path to ecstatic union with the present. Kundalini is an inclusive & beautiful practice suitable for practitioners of all levels.

Meet
Megan

As the owner of Finding Fire Retreats, Megan’s passion is creating containers and building conscious community space for women and those women identifying, to ignite their inner fire and chart the path of living in vibration with the highest self. Through retreats, workshops, and one on one therapeutic work, Megan helps those seeking deeper connection and alignment along the path of householdership. She facilitates the journey into heart-centered living through somatic embodiment practices and soul-centered Dharma & life purpose work.

As a group facilitator and Life Path & Purpose Coach, Megan is a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapist, and also holds dual 200-hour teaching certifications in Kundalini Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Well-studied in yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda, and Reiki I certified, Megan is a devoted student of Eastern healing modalities and philosophies. With her extensive knowledge and life experience, Megan’s passion is to educate and empower you to tap into your own innate and divine healing abilities as you navigate your path to (re)discovering your uniquely gorgeous existence here on this planet.
