This Class Includes A Puja ♥ for two or with yourself
Puja means: worship, honor, adoration, respect and homage. An essential part of a Puja is making a spiritual connection with the Divine.
Lisa will guide us in a puja as we collectively create a safe and sacred space for ourselves. In this environment we explore, play and connect with ourselves and possibly with another.
Through reflection we are able to become more deeply aware of our true being and life purpose.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share this beautiful gift of the Lasya Love Meditation initially developed by Jan Den Boer, I have added my flair to Mr. Boer’s process and offer this to you. This meditation allows participants to further develop their abilities to stay present, intuit and follow the flow of energy as it moves through the body.
Laysa is an element which is graceful, delicate and expresses emotions on a gentle level. It is the dance performed by the Goddess Parvati in response to the male energy of the cosmic dance of Tandava (a vigorous dance that is the source of the cycle of creation, preservation and dissolution) performed by Lord Shiva.
Laysa in the literal sense means beauty, happiness, enchanting and grace. This is a meditative massage to be done as a couple. Students will need to bring a sheet or blanket to class (we will not use any oils).

Lisa is a the founder of Tantra Sacred Loving, Embark Upon A Sacred Journey, the Administrator of Tantra Talk and an International Best Selling Author.
She holds a number of certifications as a Tantra Educator, a Spiritual Sexual Educator, a Divine Feminine Educator, Reiki Master Teacher, and Shamanic Practitioner. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Anthropology. Lisa has been a successful business owner, taught dance and fitness classes and continues to choose to live an orgasmic, blissful life.
She has been teaching and sharing Tantra all over the world since 2010. Her desire is to weave Shamanism, Reiki, Sacred Sexuality and Tantra into an integrated experience and share it with passionate people eager to discover deeper connections. It’s a path for those seeking exquisite sensations and the chance to become masterful lovers beyond their wildest dreams.
