love is the message
What does it mean to truly love yourself and others? In this session, we’ll explore the balance between being self-sufficient and avoiding selfishness, emphasizing how self-love forms the foundation for authentic connections with others. Love is a lifelong practice, and by seeing yourself as a constant student of love, you can grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically while learning how to gift love to others in meaningful ways.Key themes include:
- Self-Sufficient vs. Selfish: Setting healthy boundaries while caring for yourself and others.
- If You Don’t Love Yourself, How Are You Loving Anyone Else?: Understanding how self-love impacts your relationships.
- Love as Growth: Viewing love as an ongoing journey of self-discovery and connection.
- Holistic Practices: Nurturing love mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
- Gifting Love: Reflecting on how you share love with others intentionally.
Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, you’ll leave with tools to deepen your self-love, strengthen your relationships, and embody love in every aspect of your life. Love is the message—for yourself and the world around you.
