Sensual Prelude: Unlock Sensuality Through Hip Flow
Step into a sacred space where sensual movement and rhythmic vibrations awaken your body and soul. In this workshop, we will flow through a meditative state designed to calm your nervous system, followed by an activation and conditioning of the hips—the throne of your sensual power. From there, we’ll transition into the embodiment of choreography with a dynamic dance sequence for you to take home. Along the way, we’ll explore how incorporating vibration from drumming and other techniques can unlock deeper levels of sensuality. Whether you move solo or with a partner, you’ll leave feeling more embodied, confident, and free—ready to infuse this awakened energy into every part of your life.

Lasan has been drumming his entire life, coming from a lineage of formally trained dancers. A spiritual visionary and entrepreneur, he is the founder of Rastaa & Friends, North Carolina’s #1 platform for independent artists. As an apprentice of Master Spiritualist Uhn-Gidi and a student of the legendary Mamady Keita—the man credited with bringing West African drumming to North America—Lasan’s rhythms carry deep ancestral wisdom, guiding movement beyond the physical into the realm of pure embodiment and healing.
