Russell has been a practicing massage therapist since 2003. He is licensed in 5 states including Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and New York.
Russell has given over 50,000 hours of hands-on sessions and he has been trained in 12 different modalities of bodywork including: Structural Integration, Shitasu, Craniosacral, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, Russian Sports Massage, and Western Sports Massage.
