Join me for a guided discussion and practice of connecting your mind and body through breath! This practice can be done alone or with your lover.
This is a rare opportunity to explore what happens when we slow down and turn inward to our most intimate self and without to our lover and the Universe.
We will gain awareness of our breath, our emotions, and our desire in the present moment. This is a practice to heighten pleasure and intimacy, the magic to having an amazing sex life and a meaningful and fulfilling relationship, with yourself and with another.

Hi, I’m Linda Hobbs! I am the Owner of As One Wellness, PLLC. I’m known as The Mind-Body Connector and have also been referred to as “Doctor Love.” I help couples, primarily Black and Interracial, experience and sustain heightened pleasure within their relationship.
I have worked in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years. I currently serve on the Carolina Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Training Subcommittee while being an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Meditation Instructor. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist.
I received my MSS from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and received my MBA from Eastern University.
I love helping couples Breathe – As One.
